This is a great option for swimmers interested in year-round swim training, summer team or triathlon prep. We will offer a spring, fall and winter training program designed to prepare and condition swimmers for competition. Swimmers can attend as many practices as desired within each session. Must be able to swim across the pool (25 yards) unassisted using Freestyle and Backstroke. Group A-typically ages 6-10 and Group B-typically ages 10-15 depending on experience.

Fall Session:

4 days per week / 8-weeks

Cost: $448 per swimmer
